I am a Final Cut Pro editor based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. I have a passion for piecing together a good story, in the hope that through editing I can create something fresh and exciting that can touch it’s desired audience.
I’m proficient in use with Final Cut Studio Pro, including Final Cut, Motion, Soundtrack, Color, Livetype and DVD Studio Pro. I’ve also been trained in using a variety of MiniDV, DVCAM and DigiBeta Cameras.
Recent work includes working with the marketing department at Center Parcs to create Training and Promotional DVDs to be shown across their resorts nationwide. This job involved digitizing and editing on location, colour correction and grading, overlaying appropriate text and graphics and DVD authoring. But most importantly, liaising with the client to meet and exceed their expectations.
My love for editing spans from my mid teens, when I would spend most of my free time working at a small production company in Manchester called Multimedia Arts, whilst here I would watch in awe whilst assisting the editors which has led me to where I am today.
