The National Centre for Applied Learning Technologies (NCALT) is a collaboration between the College of Policing (The College) and the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS).

NCALT assists the 43 Home Office police forces in England and Wales and the wider policing community in adopting new learning technologies.

NCALT produces and delivers local and national e-learning, delivered via the Managed Learning Environment (MLE), and immersive learning solutions for the police service. We also research and develop new learning technologies.
Non-Home Office law enforcement agencies and forces also benefit from access to e-learning through Associate Partnerships including:

Police Service of Northern Ireland
British Transport Police
Serious Organised Crime Agency
Ministry of Defence Police and Guarding Agency
Civil Nuclear Constabulary
UK Border Agency
