A non-for profit social enterprise committed to using the medium of film to educate, inspire and challenge.
'Pretty Hate Productions' was conceived by Matt Ford as a creative outlet for his own and other people’s ideas.

It began as a musical concept, 'The Pretty Hate Project', a focal point for musical ideas that Matt was developing but quickly moved into a wider range of creative ideas when 'Losing Innocence' - Matts first feature film, was in pre-production.
The film, now in post-production, allowed 'PHP' to begin working relationships with various talented and creative people and combined elements of youth work in that they mentored and educated dis-advantaged young people on set and beyond.

‘Losing Innocence’ was written and directed by Matthew R. Ford and original music for the feature will be written by ‘The Pretty Hate Project’.

Slowly, 'PHP' aims to grow and in collaboration with the award winning 'Daniel Alexander Films' and the internationally recognised 'Recre8' to continue forward with film, music and writing projects in 2012 and beyond.
Pretty Hate Productions was set up in 2011 by Matt Ford.
