he Company was incorporated in 2000 under the name of Smile-on Holdings Ltd. It changed its name to The Healthcare Learning Company Ltd ("HLC") in September 2005 but has continued to use ‘Smile-on’ as its trading name.

HLC has succeeded in establishing itself as a provider of interactive teaching and on-line courses for healthcare professionals to meet their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and postgraduate requirements throughout their careers.
