Temple Theatre is an international company based in the UK. Our work employs ensemble practices to explore old stories and create exhilarating, accessible and unique theatre.

In 2009 we collaborated with acclaimed playwright Timberlake Wertenbaker to create a new version of Euripides' tragedy Hippolytus, with which we toured the UK.

From 2007-10 we toured our first devised piece Out of Chaos all around Europe to critical and public acclaim, winning two awards at international theatre festivals and a 'Pick of the Fringe' selection at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2009.
