About me
I currently work as a freelance associate producer for QVC, and have experience as a production runner on multiple broadcast projects, including Britains Got Talent with Thames TV and the Great British Sewing Bee with Love Productions, amongst others.I also have experience working as an office-based project coordinator in corporate events and conferences, a position which I left in order to pursue production roles full-time, to apply my strong organisational and administrative skill set to projects that better suit my career trajectory. I am now looking for my next production runner role to continue to work towards the role of researcher.
I work well under pressure, able to keep up with the changing priorities of a fast-paced production environment and would say I am a self-starter, able to apply common-sense and initiative to my work and that of those whom I am supporting, as well as following direction well. In my past roles I have cemented my understanding of the runner role, and am completely comfortable with petty cash handling, booking transportation/couriers, running on location/in studios, running rushes, looking after talent/contributors, handling members of the public, getting release forms etc.
