About me
I have always been an enthusiastic and creative individual, eager to improve my skills and looking for new challenges. I have always been passionate about working on and making television and pursued this passion by completing a degree in broadcast production with the University of the West of Scotland. I volunteered on Scottish TV programme Burnistoun as a runner where I gained vital skills for working on set such as working with a filming crew and experiencing how new ideas are discussed on set and shot. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working on set and I am actively looking to build on this by working and volunteering with different people in different broadcasting departments.Referees:

Additional information:
I recently attended a speech with cameraman Doug Allan (best known for his work on Planet Earth). He spoke about his amazing experiences and accomplishments from filming wildlife documentaries all over the world. He advised on how best to observe and interact with different animals in order to capture the perfect shots of them and their lives as well as the many challenges and rewards that came for him and the rest of the filming crew from working in such remote areas. His speech taught me that it requires patience, persistence and a true passion to capture the perfect shot.
