About me
I am an aspiring Animator, Illustrator and Designer based in London, experienced in fulfilling project briefs with differing scope and budget. I have independently directed, designed and animated short films for charity events, songs and poetry, as well as worked collaboratively with other designers on larger scale projects such as tour visuals.
I studied my Art Foundation and Illustration & Animation BA (Hons) degree at Kingston University. I am a Teacher of Graphic Design and Art & Design at Godalming College. I completed my PGCE at the University of Greenwich.
My personal style consists of strong playful visuals with an allusion to ancient myth and folklore, beliefs and religion, current affairs and popular culture. I can comfortably adapt my style to suit the needs of clients. Skilled in a wide range of mediums – hand-rendered and computer-generated techniques.
I utilise my skills to create, design and develop ideas – finding suitable resolutions to complete any given brief to high specification. Confident in my approach using the skills I have learnt from university, self-initiated projects and freelancing. A fast learner and always keen to acquire new skills to improve my craft. I work well under pressure within tight deadlines, both individually and collectively as part of a team.
