About me
As a highly motivated Creative Producer with 5+ years experience making promotional material for a major broadcast channel and UK wide streaming service, I am; organised, self-motivated, a fast learner and keen problem solver who keeps themselves informed about every aspect of a campaign from pre-production to post, providing support wherever I can with a strong creative aesthetic. I have conceptualised, produced, edited and delivered hundreds of promotional campaigns, commercial campaigns, social campaigns, brand campaigns, radio adverts, trailers for movies, over-seen and organised shoots with and without a budget as well as cut a mini documentary to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Scottish Crime Drama classic Taggart.General Skills/Training
• Extensive experience dealing with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
• Experience directing on-screen talent and voiceover artists (thanks to my background in the performing arts)
• Experience and knowledge of organising and budgeting for shoots, sourcing and booking cast and crew as well as applying for the appropriate licences and insurance for a studio shoot and street shoot (I have fulfilled the role of Producer, Assistant Prod-Cord and Prod-Cord)
• Strong communication skills, the ability multi-task and project manage productions from start to finish
• A strong understanding of the broadcast production processes and experience utilising multiple programmes as well as troubleshooting the delivery pipeline
• Ample experience writing my own scripts and copy with the ability to harness tone of voice
• The ability and confidence to lead on a creative treatment, overseeing its successful execution from start to finish – my background is in conceptual creative creation and I thrive when it comes to problem solving in order to execute an idea
• A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn new skills
