About me
I am a driven person and I love to work. I love being part of organisations and teams striving to create experiences and content for the world to both educate and entertain.I predominately work in the Theatre industry but also have experience in Television Drama and my background lies in Media and photography, working for the Press Association and Haymarket Publishing. I now want to expand my career to take my skills into the TV & Media industry.
I am a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic person who has had a rich and varied career. I have an extensive range of skills which can lend themselves to many working environments. I am a highly organised individual and consider myself diligent in all I do. I pride myself on my people skills and being a good communicator, enabling me fit in easily to differing work situations and adapt quickly so I can contribute to a working team.
I am an accomplished, award winning Stage Manager with extensive experience in theatre and events. My role is responsible for the co-ordination and well being of a company of actors as well as managing a team of stage managers. Other duties include scheduling, time-sheets and overtime management, managing budgets and petty cash. I liaise with the all departments within an organisation, including senior management and marketing through to all technical departments. My job requires excellent communication skills and to be highly organised with efficient administration skills.
I know I would be an asset to any team I join and will work hard to achieve great results.
Additional information:
Skills include basic British Sign Language, score reading, basic relighting, prop making, fully proficient on Ex-cel, Word & Adobe Photoshop and I have a full driving license.
