About me
As far back as i remember, I have always had a passion for cameras and story telling. I love the idea of attaching meaning to an image and attended both college and University to focus on the art of achieving this. I developed my style and began applying it to projects like my feature documentary 'Life's A Beach' where i spent a year and a half artistically documenting the philosophical lifestyle of a man, living in a log cabin that he had built on a beach. The documentary entered 'East London Film Festival', 'Glasgow Film Festival' and won the award for 'best activism Film' at 'Toronto Beaches Film Festival'.
Over the years i have worked in a variety of scenarios from Charity work to feature film. More recently i work for the film website Britflicks where i shoot and edit behind the scenes, documentary style videos. Here i shoot exclusive footage such as interviews with actors and directors.
I own and am skilled with a Sony FS7 camera and posses relevant equipment such as lighting, lenses and glidecam. I can use adobe premiere pro and Davinci Resolve to Edit and grade log footage, manipulating the image to emit specific atmospheres and enhancing the audience's experience.
