About me
In 2016, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and majored in Technical Theatre and Management. Under the Department of Speech Communication and Theatre Arts, I worked with affiliate theatre organizations (namely Dulaang UP, UP Playwright’s Theatre, and Dulaang Laboratoryo) and was part of various design and technical departments led by professional Filipino designers and directors.Currently, I am taking up a Master’s degree in Design for Performance at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama which has reinforced my love for scenic art and construction, as well as prop making. I have been honing my skills in painting and building, but I have also acquired new skills in using design software (such as AutoCAD and SketchUp), model making, and laser cutting. Now, I am able to combine both my design and technical skills in order to breathe life into my ideas and concepts, whether onstage or on screen.
