About me
I've been a professional stage and production manager in theatre based in London for 13 years. I've recently been awarded and MA with distinction from Edinburgh College of Art, in Film Directing. My strengths reside in preparation, research, working as part of a team work and my proactive attitude on set (I stay to get the job done even if it means getting in at 5:30 am and searching through an abandoned building).As a production manager for so many years my role split me between conducting research be it on the period of the production or locations, schedules and co-ordinating large numbers of people and teams to ensure everything happens when it's supposed to. My duties also included overseeing budgets, all hires and crew contracts.
Highly proficient in Excel (working with large budgets) and word, experience with Adobe Creative suit, Final Draft, Movie Magic and Scenchronize.
I'm reliable, work incredibly well under pressure and thrive on coming up to solutions to problems.
