Additional information:
I work as a freelance composer and sound designer based in London. As a film enthusiast I am constantly creating soundscapes and music, experimenting with different ideas to develop and further my craft.

I am strongly influenced by film score composers, such as Richard Strauss, Bernard Herrmann and more contemporary writers such as Jonny Greenwood, Trent Reznor, Max Richter and Clint Mansell, who makes use of blending modern recording techniques and the creation of sounds on the computer with more classical musical ideas. The meeting of the two worlds is nothing short of mesmerizing and is something I strive towards in my own work. I thrive on the process of collaborating on a project and working with like minded individuals to create interesting and inspiring projects.

I have recently completed work on a short animation for a student studying at the Royal College of Art. I had to create a soundtrack, sound design and original foley work. The film was split into 3 separate sections, the last of which used the most foley work. The preceding two were created using the same foley sounds, but manipulated to varying degrees and used to create rhythms and tones. The project was an interesting and inspiring one and I'm greatly awaiting it's release in the coming weeks. If you would like to see a segment of this film I will gladly send it to you privately.
