A man trying to regain his place in society at home

A Turkish man returns home after spending two years in prison. But finds that the world has moved on especially his young sister who has now taken responsibility of the household including her sick brother. Upon seeing his position in the family undermined he decides to take drastic actions which starts sequence of events leading to deadly consequences.
