Suzie has decided to have breast enlargement surgery, much to the dismay of her best friend, Greta.
Suzie Goldmen has decided to have a breast enlargement operation. Suzie's friend Greta Charles is sitting with her in the waiting room of a very questionable basement surgery. Greta has doubts about Suzie's undergoing surgery, but Suzie sticks to her guns. Dr Fields, the eccentric plastic surgeon, ushers Suzie into the operating room. The room is dirty. She sees her body in the mirror and realizes that she is in fact beautiful. When the lights come on, she grabs her clothes and runs for it. She reaches the door and tries the handle but she can't open the door, it won't budge. Suzie wakes up on the operating table. Coming to she sees Greta sitting beside her. Suzie has had the operation. She turns her head away, cries and is full of regret.
