Jack is staying with his Grandmother for the summer and discovers a mysterious girl in his Grandmother's garden, he is intrigued to learn more about her.
Jack is a teenage boy who is sick with only a few years to live, he goes to stay with his Grandmother for the summer. While there he discovers a girl in his Grandmother's garden but it seems only Jack is able to see her and when he goes to find her she disappears. Jack is intrigued by this mysterious girl and wants to find out more about her. Who is she? Where does she come from? Why is it only Jack can see her? On the educational journey of discovery Jack embarks on he learns about nature and how everything lives but must eventually die.
