A lifeless life is a film about a young man questioning one moment in time. The film doesn't just look at the simple picture; it looks at the bigger picture. The ways in which we live our lives and questions whether we must always chase the dream or fantasy; the film puts the emphasis on the idea that sometimes we have to slowdown and enjoy the moment, for that moment is what most people are dreaming to have. That perhaps we don't know what we have until we lose it. My inspiration comes from always picking up a newspaper and reading about someone being killed or stabbed; the articles led me to explore that moment where we read about other people`s lives and once we turn the page it's as if the pain is over for them. I wanted to be a voice to the unheard cry of London`s young children, whether I did that is up for debate.
