A docudrama about the miners strikes of 1984-85.
A school teacher recounts her past as a labour supporter during the miners strikes or 84-85, as she prepares her class in the morning for a lesson on coal. During the film she tells of attending rallies, an incident in the schoolyard and watching them miners march past in the streets.
