Elderly rebels Rose and Rupert, residents in an impersonal and claustrophobic retirement home, discover each other having something in common. Rose is willing to sacrifice her escaping dream of freedom for him, while Rupert is still too anchored to his past life to allow himself getting involved in a new liaison.
