When a deadly pandemic sweeps across Europe, London couple Christine and Douglas barricade themselves inside their flat, hoping to escape the virus. With the vaccine in short supply and the city blacked out, they must rely on a streetwise relative, Nick, to obtain the drug for them on the black market. However, five hours have passed since he left to make the purchase, and Christine's mind soon fills with grim scenarios and past regrets. A knock at the front door after midnight will change their lives in ways they never could have imagined.
