Two friends struggle to create a short film that pays homage to their favorite actress, Natalie Portman

A young and aspiring director (Julie St. James) is on the verge of finishing her magnum opus, An Homage to Natalie Portman. However, her main actress and best friend (Grace Long) has doubts on both the quality and purpose of the film, but subdues her true feelings to stop anything further disconnect from her friend. Nevertheless, as filming continues and shoots become more and more difficult, the two begin to wonder whether their friendship will last.
