A down-and-out drunk finds an unlikely friend in a stray dog.
Based on a true story, Andy is an unemployed drunk, with strange hidden talents, a crazy sense of humour. His bizarre antics give him a strange appeal, though his life has deteriorated into a daily routine of self-destruction. However, when he befriends a stray dog, he begins to find himself with a new-found sense of responsibility and starts to sort his life out. But with the dog's owner on the hunt for her lost pet, how long can the friendship last?
