Baitless Hook

2018, 12 minutes

In 1950s a dysfunctional family of three is effected by domestic abuse. Are we still in 1950s?

In 1950s, religion, society and norm dictate the lives of three individuals bound together for better or worse. A father who cannot express his emotions, a mother who lost her faith in life, and an innocent 10-year old daughter are effected by domestic abuse and anger management. Their stories, their struggle and their feelings are shown individually, culminating with a great test upon them: to keep their family intact. Baitless Hook asks their audience: How far have we come from 1950s?
