A drama about bullying and MS sydrome

It is a gentle observational drama, about a young boy who is being bullied for being different. We discover that he is a young carer for his Mum who has Multiple Sclerosis. He struggles with his responsibilities, and escapes into a world of music. He meets an out of work actor (Mark Wingett), who has been in the movie Quadrophenia, who takes him on a day out that he will never forget.
