20 years after the violent showdown seen in Darren Ward's debut feature, Sudden Fury, Walker has left the bloodshed behind him and is looking forward to becoming a father and settling down with his partner. Unfortunately, his joy is cut short as he and his lady are the victims of a brutal assault. Sasha 'Spider' Lenzivitch, son of Russian Mafia boss Ivan Lenzivitch, and his partner in crime Skank kill Walker's partner and leave him for dead. What happens next is carnage on an epic scale as Walker discharges himself from hospital and goes on a rampage to redemption.
