A young woman kills the man she holds responsible for her mother's death.

Bliss, a young woman, kidnaps the Mayor of River City because the Mayor's son, Simon Cahill, has murdered her mother, who appeared as a witness against him. Bliss holds Simon's father responsible because he had used his position to bribe the court to acquit him. Bent on revenge, Bliss confronts the Mayor, and, after forcing him to admit his corruption, kills him.
