Boy coming of age,

Unlicensed boxing in the 70's was a thriving but brutal sport in London, England. The likes of Lenny McLean, Pretty Boy Shaw and Mad Dog Mullins are famous for seeking the ultimate accolade of 'The Guv'nor'. We follow the son of a man like one of these brutal, fighting machines and how the loss of his father, his incapable and neglecting mother and a gang on the estate terrorise him to find the inevitable fighting anger thriving through his blood.
