Young girl Scarlet defies her father by stopping her medication and is transported into an imaginary world where her life is put in danger.

A young girl living with her single father stops her medication and falls into the world of her vivid imagination. She is taken on a journey by her imaginary friend blue, who seems well-meaning, but unintentionally puts her life in jeopardy. The film focuses on the use of medication to treat mental disorders and illness in young children, and how that impacts their lives.
