Set in Kilkenny Ireland, BODIES is about the co-dependent relationship between two funeral directors as they struggle to stay connected to life. Ronan is stuck in the past, still grieving the loss of his wife, whilst pressure increases for Conor to take over the family business. Trapped into a hopeless future, Conors desire to feel alive as he is surrounded by both the emotional and physical dead results in him pushing Ronan to start living again, culminating in Conor having to confront his own life. A story of friendship and the dull disassociation from grief and pain, BODIES is about the desperate search to be connected and of two lost men finally bringing each other back to life.
