A japanese girl arrives to Cluj-Napoca with Erasmus student exchange programme. At first she finds it hard to get integrated in the new community. As she gradually faces more and more, not only cultural differences, she also starts to appreciate her own culture more. Meanwhile she receives a message from a local girl on Facebook. The reason: the girl would like to improve her Japanase language skills with the help of Izuho.They go for walks, for coffee, sight-seeing, etc. Izuho regularly writes about their meetings in her diary. The characters gradually evolve on their fields of interest: Izuho succeeds to manage almost perfectly different everyday conversations at shops and starts to take care of her problems by herself, using the Romanian language.The girls mutually learn from eachother. The local girl also evolves in the art of calligraphy and altough they both know that neither of them could ever reach the level of perfection, they convince eachother that they already reached that particular level.
