Cain is a misunderstood teenager with Asperger's, who is being interviewed by a neighbour, Jack for a documentary. He dislikes going to public places, and tells Jack he does 'bad things' in such a situation. His mother is at the end of her tether, and when she goes out for the night, Jack persuades Cain to go out to find her. Interviewing him back at the house, Jack finds out that Cain has killed his sister, and taunts him calling him a freak ..
