A group of young people who are part of Havant Borough Youth Council ask 'Can you see it yet?' What makes a disabled young person so different to you or I. Are they different? Do they have a voice? Does awareness on this issue even matter? This documentary strives to be thought-provoking, poignant and deliver a message that might resonate with some people.
