Gangster movie with everyone ending up dead

The film is set in a restaurant. (west kent college restaurant) 4 gansters have gathered to discuss the fate of a fellow member. One of a fellow gangsters has arranged a meal of one of the dinners to be poisoned. The chef gets it wrong and ends up poisoning the gangster who arranged for the meal to be poisoned. This throws the other three into a deadly debate
