the forest of suicides
Anna, a young sculptor, is located in front of the reception of a famous forest where people pay the entrance in order to put an end to their life by committing suicide. Anna wants to commit suicide with a strong sense of awareness, his intent is to let herself drown in the river in the woods, wearing a jacket with pockets sewn and stuffed with stones. Adam, a young boy camped in the woods, trying to get acquainted with Anna looking for a last aid before making his last desperate act. For the young, however, the avoidance behavior and the coldness of Anna, are nothing more than the ultimate rejection suffered. Anna sees the shy and clumsy boy in a mirror from which to take away his conscience, as it felt the fear of losing track of the Act that is rationally fixed. The vision of the body of Adam upsets the calm and cold awareness of Anna who, in a panic, he decides to commit suicide instinctively headed towards the river, wearing padded jacket rocks. When it reaches the banks of the river, the girl realizes she does not have the strength and courage necessary to accomplish its objective, including the inability to consciously manage in an act so violent. Anna, therefore, throws his jacket in the waters of the river, and waiving of suicide.
