Detached father returns from war and struggles with home life

Coburn (the father, played by Jamie Thompson) has recently returned from war and is struggling to re-adjust to normal life. When his son (played by me) injures himself he treats him like a soldier and tells him to man up which causes the son to run off in tears whilst the mother (played by Lucy Laing) and father argue. This father then re-enlists but doesn't get accepted meaning he has to stay at home which his wife loves but he is unsure about.
