Is love conditional?

Rose, an aspiring actress, is hired by Mathew’s sister, to help him out of his isolation and depression as a result of severe scarring on his face. She acts as a real friend without him knowing. She is confused about her feelings for him and he begins to ask her why they don't move forward in the relationship. While complaining to her boss in the car on the way to the next job, a suspicious and jealous Mathew was following her, trying to find out if she has another boyfriend. After they confront each other, Mathew, out of his fears, accepts the reality of the situation. He offers her to keep doing the same job with even higher fee. She accepts to keep meeting him; without knowing if it is out of her own guilt or that she really likes him. As she keeps some distance to validate her emotions, Mathew raises the stakes by helping her get a real job as an actress. she begins to like him even more. She throws all her clients' keys in the river and starts a new life. The only problem is that, the role needs her to leave for a month, but Mathew can't accept her leaving again.
