1980s; A group of working-class football fans aim to settle old scores as they wear and spill red for the mighty Damford FC. A young, impressionable, Dave is protected by his big brother, Barry, who aims to leave the estates of Damford and start a new life with his only sibling. Alan and Steve, two hardcore ultras, who love nothing more than drinking & fighting aim to adopt the young man as one of their own and continue to represent their home town. Meanwhile, Barry owes a debt. Not to a bank, nor his kin, but to the underworld. He keeps this to himself, his family; none-the-wiser. With matchday approaching, against Damford FCs biggest and most hated rivals, one wonders if the setting of Thatcher's economy, corrupt stock-brokers, bent politicians and the Heysel stadium disaster will consume all in it's path.
