Dr. Jeff Murrayfield is a top ER surgeon at Edinburgh's Royal Infirmary. When Dr. Murrayfield saves a failed suicide bombers life he unwittingly starts down a path of danger and intrigue. When he is given an impossible ultimatum by a terrorist group he realises he has become a designated target.
