A young girl Michelle Wallis is befriended by her new neighbour,Charles Paskin who isn't quite what he seems.He is actually a government assassin who has been assigned the task of disposing of anyone associated with some stolen files that he has to recover. Unfortunately matters become complicated when his relationship with Michelle develops further. Film included Shane Richie and Mark Little.
