A mutl-threaded narrative following four isolated people in Malta as they are personally confronted with a number of unresolved social issues.

Do Re Mi Fa is a multi-threaded narrative drama set in Malta. The film follows four lead characters as their lonely and isolated existences unknowingly intersect and reach a climatic personal tipping point. All of the characters and threads are introduced in an opening tracking shot and are then followed throughout the film including Bozo, a children's party clown struggling with paedophilic impulses; Claudia, an actress currently appearing in an avant garde stage production who is paralysed with feelings of insignificance during her time upon the stage and is driven to buy an illegal firearm as she plots to shoot down the audience; Kyle, a family man with a deaf son who finds it increasingly difficult to cope with challenges at home and at work; and DJ Trim, a talk radio show presenter suffering from an increasingly debilitating anxiety disorder who advocates for the rights of illegal immigrants and becomes the target of unwanted attention from a threatening caller, who delivers a bomb to his studio.
