A self-made millionaire, an art professor and a banker swap priceless art with forgeries and make off with the goods.

Based on a novel by ian rankin, Marc Evans brings doors open to the screen. an art proffesor and a wealthy banker devise a plot to exchange some pricless pieces of art. Art proffesor Rober Gissing played by stephen fry seems like unsuspecting individual and a genuine nice guy who loves art but, as the story unfolds we see his true colours and his motive as he gets involved with a banker mike mackenzie played by Douglas Henshall.
