A man persuing his dream to become a stand up comedian
Bob is a normal working man who is on his way out of his average office job, he decides to follow his life long dream of becoming a stand up comedian. His first attempt fails miserable much to Bob and his girlfriend, Rose's disappointment but he vows to keep trying for his dream. As Bob gets more and more rapped up in his dream Rose begins to lose patience and Bob's money worries begin to build as he can't afford the rent for his home. Again he fails to deliver on the stage sending him into a downward spiral of depression of which he never recovers from. On the same night he is evicted from his home and Rose dumps him, Bob decides to give it one last shot at a different club. Having failed miserably he goes to his original club for one last stand up, Bob does relatively well but in his state of depression pulls a gun on himself. The film ends with an empty mic stand, flowers and a card next to it. The comedian has died.
