Drug addict Rick, trapped in a viscious cycle of self-abuse, is given the chance of escape through an enlightened encounter.

Rick barely leaves the house, trapped as he is in his life of drugs and self-delusion - detached from the world. His kindy neighbour Maggie watches out for him but it is not until he has a chance encounter with the mysterious Christie that hope comes into his life.
