The film is about a young girl whose mother has left for some reason, and she decides to do odd jobs to save money to buy a Cuckoo Clock. The clock was originally made by her grandfather and is now on sale in a junk shop. She eventually overcomes lots of obstacles and manages to buy the clock and give it to her grandmother.
