This short experimental film was created with a focus on mental health awareness and released on mental health day. It's an independent production which combines elements of poetry,song,aerial hoop art and overall artistic movement.

This short experimental film shows an aerial hoop physical theatre performance of a solo artist in the forest while a poem discussing ego, dreams, and insecurities creates a musical background.
