Joel, at 17, has been diagnosed as HIV positive. He decides, very prematurely, that he'd rather face it alone, than have to face this 'embarrassing' disease with anyone else. As he spends his first night over at Chris' house, his fears help heal their fragile and vulnerable relationship.
