A seaside hoodlum transforms an impressionable do-gooder into her paramour - before they become Portslade’s answer to the Kray Twins.

Keen school library monitor and amateur poet Sarah is trapped in her drab, lonely waking life. Her only relief comes in the form dark, bodeful dreams. These dreams take human form when she bumps into an older girl who used to go to her school - a cycling enthusiast operating under the name Flora - who sees in Sarah an opportunity to expand her nefarious West Hove enterprises.
