Comedy thriller about Herbert Meakin who is called up to fight in a war against his will.

Herbert Meakin is a young folk singer from Flint. He is drugged and awakes to find himself in military wear on his way to fight in a war. He has no idea what it's for and who he is supposed to be fighting. He soon learns that everyone else in his company are in exactly the same position.
