A one-off burglar is caught by his victim... and offered a cup of tea

a young scruffy man is desperate to solve some debts problems and decides to steal from a beautiful rich house. but the old man who inhabits it is woken up at night and catches him in the act. what ensues is less than a traditional callto the police or burglar chase off.
